What Payment Methods Do We Accept?

When you are making payment for your services, or a new service, you may be interested to know what payment methods we accept for you to make those purchases.

Card Payment Types

When paying for a service, you might have a few card types to choose from. We accept the following card types:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express

Note: You may not be able to add an American Express through our website, so if you are looking to use this card type then please call our Customer Care team on 01 5255768.

Direct Debits

If you are paying monthly for a hosting plan, whether it be email or website hosting, you can pay via direct debit.

A direct debit is a monthly fee set to be deducted from your account each month to pay for your packages. You can set up a direct debit through the Billing section of your Online Control Panel.

Bank Transfers

We do accept bank transfers for renewals and purchases, and our details can be found here.

We only accept bank transfers for payments that do not operate on a monthly basis, Bank Transfers can be used for the following:

  • Purchasing or renewing Domain Names from One Year up to Ten Years.
  • Purchasing or renewing Website Hosting for One Year or Two Years.
  • Purchasing or renewing an Email service for One Year or Two Years.
  • Purchasing or renewing any other service for One Year or Two Years.

What Payment Methods do we not accept?

The methods of payment above are the only ones we accept, some popular forms of payment that we cannot accept are the following:

  • Paypal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
  • Cheque
