How to edit my Account Details in the Online Control Panel
Your Account Details are found within your Online Control Panel, this displays who the Account Holder is and how we can contact you if you are due a renewal or if we need to contact you with a call.
This guide will help you locate your Account Details and assist you with changing your details.
Before you follow this guide, you must have access to your Online Control Panel as the main account holder. If you need assistance to get into your Control Panel, you can follow this guide here.
Step One
Once you are in the Online Control Panel, look for the tab Account. Hover your mouse over this tab and look for Account Details in the drop-down menu.
Step Two
Firstly, you can change your login settings. Including Email Address, Alternate Email Address, and your Memorable Word/Phrase.
Above each section, select the Edit to change your details.
One you are happy with these changes, confirm your Password and click save.
Step Three
Next you can change your Contact information, such as your Name, date of birth, and Telephone number.
Once you are happy with the changes, click Save.
Step Four
If you move around and need to change your Address, this can be done on this page too.
Once you are happy with the changes, click Save.
Step Five
Lastly, you can change your Communications and Notifications. This means you can toggle whether you receive marketing emails, and how we send our renewal reminders.
Once you are happy with these changes, click Save.
